  Table 2
From SaaS to AI-native: What does it actually take to transform an existing software company?
Adding AI features is one thing. Transforming an established SaaS business into an AI-native company is something entirely different. Hear what CEOs already on the journey have changed across product, technology, people, GTM and business model, what it cost, what went wrong and what impact they've actually seen.

  Table 1
Pricing: How are you monetizing for AI and usage
Moving from seats to usage, credits or outcomes. Migration strategies for existing customers, packaging AI features, protecting margin on token costs, and what customers will accept.
  Table 2
What tactics work to accelerate existing pipeline to close faster?
Stalled deals and longer sales cycles are hurting forecasts across SaaS. This table looks at what actually moves a buying committee to a decision: mutual action plans, multi-threading, deal reviews and clear next steps.
  Table 3
Your customers are asking ChatGPT who to buy from. How do you make sure you show up?
Software discovery is moving beyond traditional search as buyers increasingly turn to LLMs for research and recommendations. Compare what companies are doing to become visible and recommended in AI-generated answers, how they're measuring it, and whether it's actually translating into pipeline.
  Table 4
Pipeline generation, what are you doing to drive new pipeline?
The old pipeline playbook isn't producing like it used to. Compare what's actually generating qualified pipeline today, which channels and tactics teams are doubling down on, what they've stopped doing, and where they're finding new sources of demand.
  Table 5
Winning the enterprise: What does it actually take to win enterprise size deals?
Moving upmarket means bigger opportunities, but also more stakeholders, longer cycles, procurement, security and greater perceived risk. Compare how companies are breaking into enterprise accounts, building champions, navigating complex buying processes and becoming the safe choice when competing against established players.
  Table 6
  International expansion: Do's and Dont's'
Which market to enter next, when to hire locally, and when to keep selling from home. Operators share what worked, what cost them a year, and the signals they now look for before committing to a new country.
  Table 7
How to How to AI in GTM: What have you automated, what did it replace, and what did you save?
Sending more emails or summarizing calls isn't business impact. Compare where Sales teams are using AI to actually move commercial numbers, more revenue, higher conversion, lower CAC or reduced costs and which use cases have delivered measurable results.
Finance room
CFOs and finance leaders · 11:45 to 13:10
Roll up your sleeves and build. A hands-on workshop: you leave with automations, workflows and tools your finance team can use the next morning, and a head start on your 2027 budget.

  Workshop
AI Finance Hackathon: Put AI to Work in Your Finance Function
This is an instructor-led, hands-on hackathon for CFOs and senior finance leaders.
AI can already automate and improve a significant amount of work across the finance function. The challenge is knowing where it actually creates value, and how to implement it.
In this session, we'll identify high-impact use cases, look at best practices, and then actually build them.
Using tools like Claude Code, Lovable and the systems already in your finance stack, you'll build AI agents, workflows and automations that solve real finance bottlenecks, from reporting and forecasting to analysis, reconciliation and repetitive processes.
Work individually or pair up with another finance leader, with experts in the room to help you build and troubleshoot.
The goal is simple: leave with something that works. A workflow, agent or automation you can take back to your finance team and continue using or developing, plus practical examples of what other CFOs are building and where AI is delivering real value today.
No coding experience required. Bring your laptop and a finance problem worth solving.

This table goes beyond measuring NRR and compares the actual plays CS teams are using to grow existing accounts. Share what's working across expansion, adoption, stakeholder engagement, upsell and cross-sell and what is actually moving the number.
